Step 2: Meeting the eligibility requirements

In order for Stephen to meet the eligibility requirements, he had to provide diagnostic documentation from credible licensed professionals documenting his learning disability. Some students may have appropriate, recent documentation from high school. In Stephen’s case, the prior testing was out of date and incomplete. The DSO counselor referred Stephen for testing.
