question

Will students who receive accommodations in college succeed after graduation?

Accommodations in classrooms are designed to level the playing field for students so that they can receive an equal access to education. Like postsecondary education institutions, employers are also required under Title I of the ADA to provide reasonable accommodations. Accommodations in the educational arena are similar to those in employment settings. Just as accommodations in postsecondary education are determined on an individual student and course basis, accommodations in the workplace are tailored to fit the individual situation and need.
