Step 2: Meeting the eligibility requirements

Even though it was clear that Marc had a disability, he was required to meet the documentation guidelines of the institution. To do this, he met with the DSO and submitted medical documentation. The DSO determined that he was qualified for disability-related services according to the policies of the institution.
