Step 4: Implementing the accommodation plan

Marc, the professor, and the DSO counselor set up a time to discuss how these accommodations would be implemented.

The professor then met with the TA to discuss in detail how Marc’s accommodations would be carried out. The field trips would be recorded, then posted on the class Internet site with the narration for all students. This way Marc and the rest of the class could review the video and narration as often as they willed.
