USU Authorities meeting with Students and their families in the Dominican Republic
On Sunday, June 29, USU authorities, in order to renew and make stronger the relationships, met with current Students and their families in the Dominican Republic. From Utah State University, Dr. Raymond T. Coward, Provost; Dr. Steven Hanks, Vice Provost; Dr. Edward Reeve, Interim Vice Provost, and Shelly Hernandez, Scholarship Program Coordinator were present.

Dominicans choose new executive council
The Dominican Student Association, after holding extraordinary elections on April 5th, has chosen a new Executive Council for the 2008-2009 school year. The new elected members for the executive concil are the following: Andres Anibal Contreras Reyes, Jose Luis Camilo Mejia, Masil Estevez Rodriguez, Juan Mauricio Guiliani Cortiñas, Aldo Nicolas Gomera Cruz, Roberto Castillo Zavala, Sarah Guzman Duran, Ricardo Estevez Mejia, Ricardo Tejeda Pichardo.
