Business Services

Facilities Business Services is one of five major Facilities departments and oversees all financial aspects of Facilities. The Director of the Business Services Department is Bryan Arnell.

The Business Services Department consists of four sub-departments. The Business Office handles financial issues such as customer billing, employee payroll and all other accounting duties. Support Services encompasses several vital departments including Facilities MIS (Management Information Systems), Motor Pool, Purchasing, Receiving, Resource Recovery, Safety, Surplus, and Warehouse which supports all computer systems for Facilities. Resource Recovery handles recycling, waste management, laboratory gases and the sale of surplus items of campus departments. The Motor Pool manages Utah State University's vehicle rental fleet, gas cards for all USU vehicles and departments, and repair and maintenance of all fleet vehicles. The Motor Pool will also service department vehicles as requested. This area also handles the rental of storage bays to campus departments.
