The Customer Service Center serves as the "nerve center" for the Facilities department. Our business is all about "People" and we invite you to contact us with any of your concerns or questions.

The Facilities Customer Service Center is staffed by a three member team, dedicated to the USU community. There are two major telephone lines 797-1947 and 797-3535 that are staffed Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. excluding Holidays and weekends. Calls dealing with heating or cooling, plumbing problems, roof leaks or any other concern that affects the building or the occupants can be called into the above numbers. In addition we provide moving services and handle key requests for all areas on campus. The customer service department monitors control systems that alert us to potential problems in buildings. If you have any questions about what Facilities takes care of, please call us with your questions.

We strive to get input from our Campus Customers by having yearly building visits with the responsible parties from each department. The input we receive from these meetings is a very important part of what we do.

We also send work order surveys after work orders are completed. We encourage you to use this vehicle to communicate with us. Each response we receive from the surveys is acted upon, whether they are positive or negative.

Facilities has a team dedicated to better Customer Service, it is called the Customer Focus Team and includes members from Facilities as well as our campus customers. They work together to try to improve relations between departments and Facilities.
