USU Facilities

The mission and vision statements of the Utah State University Facilities Department have been in place for longer than fifteen years, and core values were defined eight years ago. These are taken extremely seriously throughout the Facilities Department. They are reviewed in an administrative retreat, are discussed throughout the organization, and are a vital component of the new employee orientation. They are also printed on wallet-sized cards and given to all new employees.

Our commitment is to have shared values throughout our organization. Therefore, decisions become consistent through continuous improvement and feedback cycles.
