The RCDE Manager is housed within the Facilities Department at Utah State University. The manager serves as a liaison for Regional Campuses with regard to facility modifications, repairs, and code compliance issues. He provides technical knowledge and support associated with planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure at Regional Campuses. He also creates bid letting documents and administers contracts for Regional Campus funded improvement projects. And, he provides support, documentation, and technical knowledge for real property acquisitions and agreements.
