Research
The FCHD faculty have national and international recognition in the areas of early childhood education, parenting, stepfamily education, marriage and family therapy, and gerontology. Students have the opportunity to be mentored by the faculty and it's not unusual for them to be included as authors or co-presenters at professional conferences.

Undergraduate FCHD majors have been accepted into the best graduate programs in their field. Our graduate students are recognized as being well trained professionals upon the completion of their degrees.
Community Service
