Assessment Instruments
The FCHD Undergraduate Student Satisfaction Survey is administered to new majors in the FCHD 1100 orientation course, and then again to seniors in FCHD 4900, and again two years post graduation. The items on the survey remain the same at the first two data collection points, but the wording changes slightly each time to reflect students' changed standing in the program. The post-graduation survey includes questions on job placement and experiences and so a copy of that version is also posted here.
The FCHD Graduate Student Satisfaction Survey was administered in 2005-2006 to current graduate students and to graduated MS and Ph.D. students from the last 10 years. Those data are reported under the Outcomes Data Link. The survey instrument can be accessed below.
