Curriculum and Requirements

The USU MFT program offers two degrees: The MS in FCHD, which is 50 credits and requires a thesis, and the Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT), which is 44 credits and does not require a thesis. All other coursework and experiential requirements apply to both the MS and MMFT degrees.

Family and Human Development Core Requirements (18 semester credits, 3 each)
