Before you call, please have your SecurityPhrase ready. We require a SecurityPhrase to verify your identity over the phone so we can answer questions about your financial aid. We cannot answer account-specific questions without a SecurityPhrase. Create or update your SecurityPhrase.
Contacting our office by email
Although we answer emails as soon as possible, a high number of messages come in around fee-payment deadline and the first of every semester. Sometimes it may take a few days before you receive an answer. When you need an immediate answer, please give us a call during office hours. Because email isn't a secure form of communication, we cannot email you any sensitive account information or dollar amounts that might compromise your right to privacy. Most account information is generally available online through Access (Banner). If you still need to discuss your account in more detail, please visit our office or call during office hours. Please do not send or attach any sensitive information in an email, fax it or bring it in instead.
