Kris Bushman is currently the Scheduling Coordinator/Production Manager for Caine School of the Arts Productions Services. She joins this office after leaving the Cache Valley Center for the Arts and Ellen Eccles Theatre where she served as the technical director for seven years.

She graduated from USU with both an MFA in Directing, Production and Stage Management and a BFA in Stage Management. While attending Utah State, she worked as the resident Stage Manager, coordinating all UST productions, scheduling venue spaces, organizing design and crew support, and ensuring that each show was produced as planned. She has also worked professionally as the Old Lyric Repertory Company Stage Manager for the past fourteen years. In 2007 Kris was not only the Company Stage Manager for the Old Lyric season but she jumped into directing the musical that summer, ROUTE 66. In 2005 Kris became the Company Manager for Unicorn Children’s Theatre taking on all the responsibilities of producing and directing.

Kris has directed shows for the Utah State Theatre Department, Unicorn Children’s Theatre, Smoke Productions and Music Theatre West. Recently Kris worked as an Actor Equity Association Stage Manager at the Egyptian Theatre in Park City for their production of CABARET. Kris has worked for years with arts groups in the community and at USU, everything from USU Ballroom Dance to Cache Valley Civic Ballet. She enjoys being a part of the Arts and artistic community in Cache Valley.
