In order to further clarify the duties of PRPC, the flow chart has be divided into two sets of actions:
Proposals for Code Changes
Drafting of Code Changes
The section of Code 202 governing each step in the flow chart is noted.
The role of FSEC, which is not entirely clarified in Code 202.2, is specified in Code 402.12.1(6). Note that reports of Senate committees other than FSEC are to be placed on the Senate agenda without alteration.
This revised version of the flow chart has been reviewed and approved by the Senate Parliamentarian, Jeff Walters.

Attachments 6-8, based on the proposals forwarded to PRPC by the Academic Rights and Responsibilities committee following the February 6, 2006 Faculty Senate meeting, will be forwarded to Eden for the PRPC Report to Faculty Senate following a PRPC meeting scheduled for March 22nd. This meeting is the second March PRPC meeting, called for the sole purpose of reviewing comments on our drafts from:
