Allies on Campus Steering Committee
Decisions regarding Allies on Campus (AC) are made by the Steering Committee. Members of the committee are also involved as trainers for Ally Seminars. The committee meets at least once a month, keeping in contact via email. Members of the Steering Committee can perform more than one function on the Committee. However, the Steering Committee must have at least two representatives from the following groups: faculty, staff, and students. When you have a question or suggestion please try and contact the steering committee member that is responsible for that related area.

Steering Committee Chair (Responsible for organizing and conducting Steering Committee meetings), and Ally Seminar Coordinator (Responsible for coordinating Seminars).

Membership Committee Chair (Responsible for leading committee that coordinates social and continuing education activities for existing Allies)

Outreach Coordinator (Responsible for coordinating outreach, including resource tables and speaker volunteers).

Pride!Alliance Liaison (A member of the Pride!Alliance that is responsible for updating the Steering Committee on Pride!Alliance issues and activities and providing information about Allies on Campus to the Pride!Alliance).

GLSRC Liaison (A member of the GLSRC Board or a GLSRC employee that is responsible for working with the Allies Steering Committee to find ways to utilize Allies to increase student, faculty, and staff accessibility to the Center) and GLBT panel coordinator (Responsible for coordinating GLBT student panels for Ally Seminars).
