Diplomas


Diplomas are mailed out 8 to 10 weeks after the end of the semester.  Degrees will be awarded, and appear on your transcripts, within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the semester.   For verification of the degree, official transcripts can be obtained through the Registrar’s office at any time after your degree has been awarded.  The degree will also show on your unofficial transcripts through the Access system. 

For Plan A, B, and doctoral students your binding receipt from the library must be turned in by May 2, in order to have a spring completion date.  Otherwise your completion date will be summer semester.
