Campus Housing


USU Housing and Food Services offers a variety of housing communities directly on or adjoining campus. Communities are designed to meet the needs of all students with each one offering slightly different opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. All housing prices include: high-speed internet access, local phone, cable TV, and free shuttle bus service. Single housing prices include all utilities while family housing prices include all utilities except electricity and natural gas.

Convenient meal plans are also available to all students who would like to have additional time to devote to their studies.


Family Graduate Communities

    

Family communities are the ideal choice for student families seeking an easier, more productive learning and living environment. Communities are located just a few minutes walk from the center of campus, the Lundstrom Student Center, and Hillcrest Elementary School. For those who prefer to ride to class, the campus shuttle leaves every five to ten minutes. Children will love the play areas, while parents will enjoy the spacious apartments with lots of amenities. Living options include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in Aggie Village, two-bedroom townhouses, three-bedroom apartments in West Stadium Villa, and a mobile home park. Learn more.


Single Graduate Communities

Aggie Village

Located adjacent to the main campus, Aggie Village graduate communities are the ideal location if you are seeking privacy and quiet student time. Aggie Village Graduate apartments are two-bedroom apartments with one graduate student in each bedroom who share the common living room, kitchen, and bathroom. This popular private room option is in high demand so early application is encouraged. Learn more.

Living and Learning Center

    

These brand new suite-style apartments are conveniently located close to the Taggart Student Center and Old Main. They include beautiful views of Cache Valley, as well as many amenities unique to the new housing community. Features include: cable, wireless internet, and utilities; suite-style design (eight students per suite); private and shared rooms available; living room in each suite; two-story common lounge with flat screen TVs; full kitchen in each lounge; high security bike storage room; covered parking available. 24-hour Quiet Floors-Mountain View and Valley View Towers 7th Floors

These quiet floors are available for single graduate students who are seeking more study time. No need to worry about meal preparation as six meals per week are included in the rental price with several upgrade plans available. The academic heart of campus is just steps away. Shared and private room options are available. Additional apartment options with shared rooms are also available in the South Campus communities, which house both undergraduate and graduate students.
