Liberalis Summer 2011 Magazine Cover In Summer 2011, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences published Liberalis, a magazine that highlights the accomplishments of of our current students, faculty, and alumni. We encourage students who are considering studying the humanities and social sciences to review this publication and learn or confirm the viability and applicatibility of knowledge and skills sets obtained from majors or minors in the humanities and social sciences.

"We are charting our course to continue as a premier liberal arts college, now a separate entity from the arts. There are so many successes among our current students, alumni, and faculty that we were eager to share some of their stories with you. That is how this magazine was born. This inaugural issue is a way to highlight a few of our most recent accomplishments. Our hope is that you will enjoy reading and reflecting on the ideas and achievements that illustrate the greatness of our college." -John C. Allen, Dean
