Admission Requirements

New freshmen admitted to USU in good standing qualify for admission to Sociology.

Transfer students from other institutions or from other USU majors need a 2.5 USU GPA and a 2.5 Career GPA and must have completed SOC 1010, Introduction to Sociology, earning a "C" grade or higher for admission to Sociology in good standing.
