Physical Therapy at Utah State University Student Health Center About us: Physical Therapy provided at Utah State University Student Health Center offers both sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation for the students and the athletes here on campus. Treatment is provided for diagnoses involving the neck, back, hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow and wrist for acute, chronic and surgical injuries. The therapist is part of contracted services from IHC/Logan Regional Hospital. A Physical Therapist works as a team with an Athletic Trainer to provide a comprehensive rehabilitation program including therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, bracing and patient education. The department is open from 9-6pm M-Th and 9-2pm Fri. Lori Olsen, PT, CSCS email: lori.olsen (at) ihc.com Phone Number: 435-797-8074 Call us to inquire about financial and billing concerns or questions.
A physician referral for physical therapy is needed to set up an appointment. Physicians are available at the student health center for consultation and evaluation for injuries and pain concerns. Outside physician referrals are also accepted. Once a referral is received, call the clinic to set up an appointment for evaluation. After the therapist evaluates you, they will determine what type of treatment is necessary. Further services available through IHC/Logan Regional Hospital Acceleration
