Do I need to register in advance?

It's a good idea and we strongly encourage it. Some events have reservation deadlines (see event schedule) and others will sell out.

May I bring my family?

Please do. There are many events for children and families to attend. These events are marked in the event schedule.

Will I receive a discount?

Yes. Register early for the alumni weekend, via mail, phone, fax or online (with complete payment by August 21st) and you will receive 20% off your Homecoming banquet tickets and 20% off your Homecoming game tickets.

May I cancel my reservation?

If you registered online you can cancel or change your registration by logging into the registration site. You will be refunded the full amount up to 2 weeks (September 11th) prior to the event. If you registered by mail or fax you can call the Alumni office at 435-888-OLD-MAIN (653-6246) and be refunded the full amount up to 2 weeks (September 11th) prior to the event. After September 11th a 75% refund will be given until Thursday September 24th at which time no refunds will be given.

What if I have special needs?

Please let us know about any dietary requirements on your registration form. If you have any accessibility or additional concerns, please email advevents@usu.edu or call 435-888-OLD-MAIN (653-6246) well in advance of the weekend.

Where and when may I pick up my registration packet?

You can register at the David B. Haight Alumni Center on Thursday, September 24th from 5-7 p.m., Friday September 25th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday September 26th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. After 3 p.m. on Saturday September 26th, you can pick up your registration packet at the Ag Day BBQ at the Football Practice Field.

What's included in my registration packet?

Your registration packet will include tickets to all of the events you registered for (including the football game if you purchased the tickets through the Aggie Homecoming Weekend), parking permit, campus map, schedule of homecoming activities, name badges, Alumni Association information, Athletics schedule, and discounts and coupons for local businesses.

How may I find out who else will be attending homecoming events?

There will be a list of attendees for homecoming online at www.usu.edu/alumni/attendees/.
