For the busy lifestyles of new families, Housing offers workshops, programs, and activities to help you meet your neighbors and organize your life. Your family will have access to a community laundry room, large sand volleyball court, and fenced playgrounds. Your elementary age children will attend Hillcrest Elementary which is located just a couple of blocks east of Aggie Village and there is a crossing guard on duty to help them cross the street safely each day.
Living in Aggie Village is not only convenient but affordable, making it easier for you to focus on school. Your monthly rent will include water, sewer, garbage, internet and cable TV. Although not included, electricity will be paid directly to the University with your rent each month. This means the only utility bill you will pay to an outside company will be for natural gas service. Our maintenance staff is ready to make repairs for you whether it's a leaky faucet or something as simple as changing a light bulb.
We are confident you will find Aggie Village to be a safe, convenient and affordable place with a location that can't be beat!
*Must have at least two children to qualify for any three bedroom units on campus.
