Summer Student Housing
Many housing options are available for students attending Utah State University for summer semester. Make campus your home as you enjoy the many summer activities offered in beautiful Cache Valley.
USU Housing and Residence Life will be offering a full summer contract from May 3 to August 9, 2014, in the following buildings all located at the Northeast corner of campus:
Residents who have on-campus housing contracts for the 2014-15 academic year will move to their assigned spaces on Saturday, August 9, 2014, by 12 Noon. Residents who will not be living on campus will need to be checked out by 12 Noon on Saturday, August 9, 2013. No Exceptions will be made.
Summer residents receive the same features and amenities included in their rent. The rates listed below are for the entire contract period. Residents will pay the listed rate regardless of the length of time they occupy the apartment. Rates will not be prorated.

Rates include: electricity, heat, water, sewer, trash disposal, internet access, Aggie Cable TV, and Residence Hall activity fee.
