Each Apartment Includes:

The Townhouses are two bedroom units that offer multi-level living and are located on the north side of campus next to Aggie Village. The small, gated courtyard in front of each apartment offers privacy for you and safety for your children. The Aggie Shuttle makes stops nearby every fifteen minutes which makes getting to class a breeze! Prefer to walk? You can still be sitting in class in just five minutes. Need to get to the mall? No problem! You will find CVTD bus stops located conveniently in the area to take you downtown. Read More ▼

Our Residence Life Staff is excited to help you meet your neighbors and organize your life by providing programs and activities for you and your family. You will have access to the community laundry facilities located next door in Aggie Village, as well as a large sand volleyball pit and playground. Your elementary age children will attend Hillcrest Elementary which is located just a few blocks away and there is a crossing guard on duty to help them cross the street safely each day.

Your monthly rent conveniently includes water, sewer, garbage, internet and cable TV. Electricity and natural gas are not included and you will pay for these services directly by opening your own accounts with Questar Gas and Logan City. Maintenance is just an online service request away and they are ready to fix that leaky toilet or change the light bulb that's out. A limited number of ADA/handicap accessible townhouses are available and rented on a first come, first serve basis.

Furnishings

Apartments in family housing areas are not furnished allowing you to use your own furniture and décor, transforming an apartment into your home.

Each apartment does include:

  • Fridge and stove
  • Washer and electric dryer hook up
  • Blue Zone wireless internet access and Ethernet ports for internet in the living room and small bedroom
  • Cable TV connection in living room

Apartments all have wall to wall carpeting in the living room, hallway and bedrooms. The kitchens, bathrooms and entryways have hard surface flooring. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a full size bathtub/shower. Shower curtain is not included.

Apartment Description

All seventy six Townhouses were constructed in 1996. Every unit has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The living room, kitchen and dining room are on the main floor along with the laundry closet and the ½ bathroom. There is also a large storage area under the stairs. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom and two closets upstairs.

We also have 2 units that are all on one level and are designed for ADA/handicap accessibility. These apartments have all the same amenities except for that they have 2 full bathrooms. One is a standard bathroom with a regular tub/shower, the other is all ADA accessible with a roll in shower. These units are available on a first come first serve basis.

Townhouse square footage:

  • Standard Townhouse: 842 sq. ft.
  • ADA Townhouses: 862 sq. ft.

Apartment Rates

All rates include water, sewer, garbage, internet and cable tv. Electricity and natural gas charges are paid directly by the resident to Logan City and Questar Gas.
