HR Banner Helpdesk
- The HR Banner Helpdesk phone line is 7-1810 and the email address is hrbanner@usu.edu
- Instead of trying to figure who to call or email with issues, errors, problems or requests we have set up one number and one email.
- With the one number to call you will never get voice mail. You will always get a live person.
- Another great feature that we have added is "Footprints". Some of you may be familiar with it because the IT Helpdesk is using it. If you email an issue to our new email address then the email will create and issue in Footprints where the HR Banner Helpdesk will be notified of your issue and HR will proceed to take care of it.
- You can also go directly into "Footprints" to create an issue. Go to http://footprints.usu.edu; type in your A# and the password ( your Self Service Banner {Access} pin). Once you are in select the "HR Banner".
