Human Resources Banner Training Information
Welcome to Utah State University HR Banner Systems Training site. This site is your information source for the HR Banner Module training.
Training is required of most new users of the Banner INB system. Access to the Banner INB system will be established only to those who complete the required training. The classes are primarily geared to support staff, department heads/directors, and deans/vice presidents.
HR Banner training classes for staff support are available for registration through http://cidi.usu.edu/services/workshop.cfm. Classes are offered once a month throughout the year. The training classes are broke into two classes approximately four hours each and will provide you with the technical skills and procedural knowledge you need to use the HR Banner module. HR Banner training classes for department heads, directors, deans and vice presidents are taught using the USU Blackboard system. Contact Leanna Lammert at Leanna.Lammert@usu.edu or 435-797-1918 to get access to the training from your computer. The class will cover the use of Banner for approval of electronic employment action forms (EPAF’s), approval of time/leave hours, and the setup of proxies in the system.
