Performance Appraisals:
It is once again time for annual performance appraisals for all exempt and non-exempt employees at USU. USU Policy 329 states that exempt (professional) and non-exempt (classified) benefited employees should have a performance appraisal at least annually. The purpose of these appraisals is to ensure appropriate communication between the employees and supervisor. It is an opportunity to look at the job description, make sure it is up-to-date, and and evaluate how well the employee performed in that position. The Performance Appraisal form and instructions are found on the HR Forms website at http://usu.edu/hr/forms/
