Research Interests:

Main interests of the Julander lab include characterization of pathogenesis of various flaviviruses and alphaviruses, development of various rodent models with key features of human disease, and the evaluation of antiviral compounds in these models. We study the following viruses: yellow fever, dengue, Chikungunya, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, and western equine encephalitis.
