Application

To apply for Intensive English study only

1. Complete these forms: (1) IELI Application Form and (2) IELI Affidavit of Support. Use your browser to print out these forms.
2. Prepare money order for a non refundable fee of $100 USD to cover application fee & testing & placement fee. To pay by credit card, call +435-797-1124.
3. Obtain an official copy of your grades from the school you most recently attended.

To avoid a late application fee, submit your application by the deadline shown on the schedule page. Application and testing fees are nonrefundable.
