The ITSE facilities house the UENSS TOC - (Technical Operations Center) responsible for the daily operations and control of the Utah Education Network Digital Satellite System. Satellite classes are switched and monitored from the TOC, and the TOC staffs a helpline, with an operator available to assist with technical problems or answer questions during operation hours - typically 7:00 am until 10:30 pm daily.
