EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING CYCLE

At Management Institute, we believe that people learn best by doing, by "experiencing." Organizational impact is maximized when a three-step experiential learning model is used. The experiential model includes do, look, learn.

In the "DO" phase, participants engage in carefully designed activities which simulate key organization processes. Then participants "LOOK" at what happened during the activity; they reflect and discuss th eir observations. Last, participants "LEARN" by generalizing the knowledge they acquired, taking it back to work, and putting it into practice.
