The Management Institute at Utah State University is the link between the talents of University faculty and the training needs of prospective clients. Since the 1950's Management Institute has provided high quality customized supervisory and management training programs to thousands of business, industry, and government leaders.

Management Institute is the home of one of the finest outdoor training facilities and programs in the country. Outdoor activities are used as a basis for building teamwork, problem solving, conflict resolution, and trust.

Management Institute chooses workshop instructors from the professional faculty of the USU College of Business. Each instructor brings a unique blend of education and on-the-job experience with them to your workshop. Instructors are chosen because of their ability to provide training in informative and interesting ways for professional business people.
