Obituary for Ryan Wayne McEntire
West Point - Ryan Wayne McEntire, 22, passed away Monday, September 26, 2005, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, with his friends from Utah State University.
He was born October 4, 1982, in Layton, Utah to Wayne Marshall and Jane McDermott McEntire.
Ryan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he earned his Eagle Scout Award and served a full time mission in the Washington Seattle Mission.
He always had a smile. He loved hunting, nature and life.
Ryan is survived by his fiancé, Emily Kunz, daughter of Bart and Denice Kunz, Star Valley, Wyoming; his parents, Wayne and Jane, West Point; three brothers, Luke, Dan and Ron, all of West Point; two sisters, Sarah and Kate, both of West Point; and his grandmothers, Waldene McDermott, Syracuse; and Edna McEntire, Clearfield.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Brad McEntire.
The family wishes to thank family and friends for the love and comfort they have given.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 29th at 1:00 p.m. at Lindquist's Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South, with Bishop Duane Singleton of the West Point 3rd Ward, officiating.
Friends and family may call on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., at the mortuary.
Interment, West Point Cemetery.
