
TOPS is a one-credit, fall semester course designed for ethnic minority freshmen and transfer students, as well as others interested in multicultural involvement at Utah State. TOPS supports students in making a successful transition to University life academically, culturally, and socially. Students participate in a wide variety of programs, seminars, and activities through which they gain valuable resources and build personal relationships with peers, professors, staff, and administrators.
