ACES Leadership Program
Our Purpose
ACES stands for Attitude, Character, Exploration, and Synergy. The goals of the ACES Leadership program are as follows: (1) to assist Access & Diversity Center club officers in obtaining the essential tools necessary to succeed as leaders within their clubs, on campus, and in the community; (2) to unite Access & Diversity Center affiliated clubs by facilitating dialogue, cooperation, and collaboration; and (3) to support the overall mission of the Access & Diversity Center.
ACES works to accomplish its goals through the following means: (1) hosting monthly executive council meetings, (2) organizing biannual leadership retreats, and (3) providing collaborative service opportunities.
