Electron stimulated H-desorption yield on Si(100)-2x1 monohydride
surfaces in the electronic excitation regime. This data is
collected from direct counting of the Si dangling bonds after
H desorption from high resolution STM data. The threshold
corresponds to the available energy to stimulate one bonding
electron to the antibonding orbital.
