A filled state STM image of Si(100)-2x1 bare surface after
0.1ML Al deposition at room temperature. Al forms ad-dimer
rows perpendicular to the underlying Si dimer rows. This is
quite different from the Al deposited on the H-terminated
Si(100)-2x1 surface.
