Nutrition Rocks!!

March is National Nutrition Month. The purpose of National Nutrition Month is to focus attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing healthy eating and physical activity habits. Every year, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics comes up with a new theme for National Nutrition Month. The theme for 2015 is “Bite into a Healthy Lifestyle.” The idea behind this theme is that big changes (like changing your lifestyle) often start with small changes (or “bites”). So this March, challenge yourself to make 1 small change each day. Click on the “National Nutrition Month Calendar 2015” below to see a day-by-day guide of small changes you can make each day during March.
