Cooking Tips

Chicken must be cooked until inside temperature is 165 degrees.

Bake in the oven around 350-400 degrees, about 20 minutes.

Saute on the stove. Cut in cubes or use thin slices so it cooks evenly. Use medium heat for 5-8 minutes until not pink.

Grill on a barbeque or inside grill. Marinating tastes great.

Boil to use in items such as enchiladas.

Spices and marinades work well. Try garlic, curry, cumin, lemon pepper, lime, lemon, salt and pepper, terriyaki, Italian or raspberry salad dressings.
