Stretch it...Stretch it good!

Try adding stretching to your daily routine.  This can help your body feel invigorated, relaxed, and more flexible.  Remember to have slow, steady stretches as to not injure your muscles.  Go ahead, do them right now as you read this message.  Need some ideas, try these websites.

Make a splash! 

Although swimming may not be your thing, the pool offers lots of great low-impact workouts.  Water aerobics isn’t just for old women.  It can be a fun way to dive into water workouts.  Also try water walking or running.  Strap on a flotation belt and go.  It adds variety and resistance to a workout routine.
