FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a U.S. federal law that protects the privacy of student educational records. FERPA limits the amount of information we are able to share with you about your student's academic and financial records. Your student can sign a waiver granting a third party, such as a parent or spouse, access to certain records. This waiver, along with other information, can be found at http://www.usu.edu/registrar/htm/ferpa.
