Fun Holidays to Celebrate!
(a.k.a. Wacky Ways to Connect with Your Student)

Nov. 7 is Magazine Day. Get your student a subscription that's sent to school. It's one more way for him to get mail!

Nov. 20 is Name Your PC Day. Email your student a list of suggested names for her computer.

Nov. 29 is Electronic Greeting Day. Send an encouraging e-card to your student now that he's back on campus after Thanksgiving break.

Dec. 2 is Basketball Day. Get a basketball hoop and foam ball set at the local dollar store that your student can attach to her wastebasket.

Dec. 8 is Imagine Day. Remind your student about his imaginary friend or the things he used to imagine when he was a kid.

Dec. 18 is Bake Cookies Day. Let your student know that the sprinkles and cookie dough await her when she comes home for the holidays!
