When you have a printing need, call or email PDP to set up an appointment with the manager assigned to your department or unit. This manager will help you from the beginning of the project to select the best paper, ink, and graphics for your document, to establish a schedule, and to choose the most cost-effective printing process. You may also request a computer-generated cost estimate from your manager.
If your job is a reprint or simple output job, PDP's front office staff can take your order. Copy centers can also take orders for reprints from old metal plates.
Throughout the publication process, the manager, in cooperation with the customer service representative, will serve as liaison between the client and PDP.
Off-campus purchasing of printing will be done by the managers in cooperation with USU Purchasing. A customer may request bids from PDP as well as off-campus printers.
