When you have a printing need, call or email PDP to set up an appointment with the customer service manager. He will help you from the beginning of the project to select the best paper, ink, and graphics for your document, establish a schedule, and choose the most cost-effective printing process. You may also request a cost estimate.
If your job is a reprint or simple output job, PDP's front office staff can take your order. Copy centers can also take orders for reprints.
Throughout the publication process, the cusomter service manager, in cooperation with the customer service representatives, will serve as liaison between the client and PDP.
