On-Site Production Area
PDP has a fully-equipped production facility, including photo plate, press, and bindery areas to meet customer's printing needs.
Once you approve your proof, it goes to the press area or to the successful outside bidder.
When a job includes photographs and screens, the photo plate department, upon your request, prints a blueline version (single color composite proof) of the job and you make a final check for placement.
At this point, however, it is costly to change type or design because the negatives must be remade and restripped.
Once you approve the blueline, the plates are made and the job printed.
You may request a press check to see the first documents off the press.
After printing, bindery folds, binds, and trims the document according to the work order specifications.
Finally, PDP delivers your job directly to you or another pre-designated location.
