Success is: "…often defined by achieving ones goals through hard work and effort. While I agree with this statement, I also believe success should also include the times when we fail and learn from those mistakes. Life is all about balance, if we never knew failure we would never appreciate success. Keep fighting the good fight."

Success to me is: "…being happy with who you are, who is around you, and with what you have. Success isn't about the quantity of your resume, but enjoying everything that comes your way. Life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it. With whatever happens, if you choose to make the best of the situation you've achieved success."
Success to me is: "…is simple. Do what's right, the right way, at the right time."
College of Agriculture
Success to me is: "…when a whole lot of preparation meets a little bit of luck."
Success to me is: "…loving what you are doing and knowing at the end of the day that you tried your best even if things didn't go the way that you planned."
Success to me is: "…the ability to recognize a challenge or obstacle and overcome it, the ability to see a need and fill it, and choosing to have a good attitude!"
Success to me is: "…knowing what you want to do, in any aspect of your life, and doing all that you can to accomplish your life's goals. This means working hard in the steps leading up to your goals, not just sliding by, helping others along the way if they share your goals or even if they don't and most importantly to stay positive. You will become a better person, friend, and have better success if you are positive, helpful, honest, trustworthy, and develop those important work ethic skills. Believe you can and you will succeed. "
Success to me is: "…being happy with where you are in life and proud of all you have achieved."
Success to me is: "…is the ability to set and achieve goals. If a person is happy with who they have become, they are successful."
Success to me is: "…having the capacity to make my own decisions and feel confident I will be happy with the decisions I made."
Success to me is: "… making academic, personal, and professional goals and following them through to completion."
Success to me is: "…learning and growing from each new experience."
Family, Consumer and Human Development
Success to me is: "…Working hard toward your goals and dreams without letting the bad things that happen along the way get you down."
Health, Physical Education and Recreation
Success to me is: "…not only achieving satisfaction for myself, but to help and teach others to find that satisfaction within themselves."
Success to me is: "…continuing to give your best effort despite having previously failed or fallen short."
Success to me is: "…setting goals, making plans, and then finding daily achievements to be proud of. Nothing gets accomplished except day by day, step by step, little by little. If you can find happiness in the day by day, you are being successful!."
Success to me is: "…often talked about as a culminating point. When all goals blend together in an ever so perfect harmony of productivity and prosperity. Though I have found this to be a skewed perspective. Rarely do things work out the way we anticipate, and when they do it does not build us. It is the times when everything falls through, when we are kicked around and nothing works out. That is where success is found. Those that lift their heads and stammer on, with a new found perspective and respect. They are the successful."
Languages, Philosophy and Speech Communication
Success to me isn't: "…a destination, but a direction. When you work towards your goals you will have successes along the way, but the constant work to continue this journey is what defines your life as successful"
Success to me is: "…having done everything you could today for a better tomorrow."
Success to me is: "…that I am trying my hardest to do the best I can in whatever I am trying to accomplish."
Regional Campuses & Distance Education (RCDE)

Student Orientation & Transition Services (SOAR)
Success to me is: "…working hard and doing your best to achieve goals that are important to you. "
Success to me is: "... never giving up, not succumbing to failure, and using failure as a tool to learn how to succeed. Personal happiness is another tool I use for measuring success; if I am happy no matter how hard the work may be then I know I am on the path that leads to accomplishing my goals and dreams!"
Success to me is: "…living up to the expectations, hopes, and dreams of myself, my employers, my mentors, my friends, my family, and my God. It is making all of them proud by fulfilling every responsibility they place upon me and by exceeding their expectations."

Success to me is: "…trying every single day to be the best version of yourself you can be, and loving what you're doing along the way. It's finding joy in the simple things and helping others do the same."
