Associates Advisory Committee Award

Each year the USU/Community Associates recognizes 2 individuals who have contributed to both the University and the community through their service and leadership efforts. We are currently seeing nominations for the Spring award presentations and request that you download and fill out the form to submit your nominee. Previous award recipients are listed on the nomination form.

The deadline is Friday, January 4, 2008.
