Logo Request Form


As part of the new university's Visual Identity Program, Public Relations & Marketing has developed logo options for the various entities on campus. All colleges, schools, departments, programs, offices, centers and other organizations on campus are required to use approved logos for all printed, electronic and any other forms of media.

The following form is designed to help you request a logo for your organization. Once your request has been received, we send your logo via e-mail within 10 working days from the date your order was submitted.
