  • Third Year: November 10, 2009

Dean recommendation to Provost

  • First year and all other years except third year, if satisfactory progress is being made: No date required
  • Third Year: November 20, 2009

If termination, President's notification to candidate

  • First and second years except third year: March 1, 2010
  • Third Year: December 10, 2009
  • Fourth and Fifth Years: January 29, 2010

Dates for Faculty Who ARE Being Reviewed for Promotion and Tenure to Associate Professor

  • Solicitation of review letters: September 15, 2009
  • Committee's recommendation to Department Head: December 1, 2009

  • President's recommendation for promotion and tenure: Prior to April 2010 Trustees Meeting
