All submissions must be: (1) written in a formal style, using third person; (2) submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format; (3) filled in using Arial Narrow 12-point font (double or triple click at the beginning of each gray shaded area to enter text when using templates), single-spaced, with 1" margins.
